Our Story
Malaysia's trusted online casino and sports betting platform — built by a team that genuinely understands what Malaysian players want, from the first deposit to the final withdrawal.
01 — Our Background
abc1131 was built with a single idea in mind: Malaysian players deserve better. Better speeds, better odds, better support — and a platform that actually understands the local landscape, from DuitNow and Touch 'n Go eWallet to the roar of a Liga Super Malaysia derby on a Saturday night.
What started as a focused effort to solve the frustrations that Malaysian online bettors consistently voiced — slow withdrawals, clunky mobile experiences, unresponsive customer service — has grown into one of the region's most player-focused casino and sports betting destinations.
We built abc1131 around the way Malaysians actually play. That means instant deposits via local e-wallets, competitive Asian Handicap odds on EPL and Liga Super Malaysia, live baccarat tables streaming in HD, and a support team reachable any hour of the day via WhatsApp or live chat — in plain, clear English.
Our platform is home to players from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Bangsar, and beyond. Each update, each new game title, each improvement to our withdrawal flow — it's driven by feedback from real Malaysian users, not a checklist in a boardroom.
abc1131 operates under an international gaming licence. All games are certified by independent testing laboratories, and all financial transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption. Your funds and data are protected around the clock.
Our Mission
To be the most trusted, most enjoyable, and most rewarding online gaming platform for every Malaysian player — wherever they are, whatever they play.
Player-First Commitment
Every product decision at abc1131 is evaluated through one lens: does this make the experience better for our players? Faster cashouts, fairer bonuses, and smoother gameplay are not aspirational targets — they're baseline expectations we hold ourselves to.
Security Without Compromise
We run multi-layer fraud detection, mandatory KYC verification, and bank-grade encryption on every transaction. Your personal data is never sold, shared for marketing, or retained beyond what's legally required.
Built for Malaysia
From MYR deposits to Malay-friendly bonus descriptions, from Touch 'n Go eWallet integration to Liga Super Malaysia odds — abc1131 is not a generic global template adapted for Malaysia. It was built here, for here.
02 — What We Stand For
These aren't marketing words. They're the principles that shape every decision we make at abc1131 — from system architecture to customer support scripts.
Transparency
Bonus terms are written in plain English, not buried in footnotes. RTP figures for all slot games are publicly available. Withdrawal timelines are displayed honestly — no hidden fees, no surprise conditions applied after the fact.
Speed
We measure our withdrawal performance daily. Our internal target is under 5 minutes average for MYR bank transfers and e-wallet payouts. When we miss that benchmark, we investigate — because players' time matters as much as their money.
Responsibility
We enforce strict 21+ age verification across all accounts. Self-exclusion tools, deposit limits, loss limits, and session time alerts are built into the platform — not as tick-box compliance, but as genuine protections we actively encourage players to use.
Fairness
Every game on abc1131 uses a certified random number generator (RNG) verified by independent auditors. House edges are competitive and publicly stated. We do not manipulate outcomes, and we do not arbitrarily delay or deny legitimate withdrawals.
Community
abc1131 is proud of its Malaysian player community. From VIP events in Kuala Lumpur to esports tournaments open to players from Penang to Johor Bahru, we invest in building connections — not just processing transactions.
Continuous Improvement
We ship product improvements weekly. Player feedback submitted via live chat, WhatsApp, or our support email is logged and reviewed by our product team. If something is broken or frustrating, we want to know — and we act on it.
03 — Platform Overview

Our game library is sourced from internationally certified software providers, ensuring every title — from the classic 3-reel slot to the multi-camera live dealer studio — meets the highest standards for fairness and reliability.

05 — Player Wellbeing
abc1131 takes responsible gambling seriously — not as a compliance checkbox, but as a fundamental aspect of running a platform we're proud of. We want every player to enjoy our games within their means and within their own definition of fun.
Gambling should never be a way to solve financial problems, and it should never be something a player feels unable to control. We provide multiple tools designed to help players stay in control, and we actively encourage their use.
