1. Introduction

• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not have previously applied for self-exclusion on abc1131. Players who have self-excluded are not eligible to open a new account during the exclusion period.

4. Account Registration & Verification

To register an account on abc1131, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You warrant that all information provided during and after registration is truthful, accurate, current, and complete.

4.1 KYC Verification

abc1131 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme to verify player identity and comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal request:

• Government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of e-wallet account, bank statement header, or equivalent)

4.2 Account Security

4.3 False Information

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

abc1131 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: DuitNow QR, DuitNow Online Banking, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. Cryptocurrency deposits in USDT (TRC-20 / ERC-20) and BTC are also accepted.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 for all standard Malaysian payment methods. Minimum cryptocurrency deposit amounts are set at the MYR equivalent of RM50 at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. abc1131 does not charge processing fees on deposits made via local Malaysian payment channels.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. Players must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal will be approved. abc1131 aims to process approved withdrawals to local Malaysian bank accounts within 5 minutes; processing times may extend during periods of high demand or for accounts requiring additional review.

abc1131 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of account verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable AML obligations.

5.4 Currency

All player balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus amounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless a player elects to use a cryptocurrency payment method, in which case the equivalent MYR value at the time of the transaction will be displayed.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses carry a wagering requirement ("rollover") that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount. For example, a 10x rollover on a RM100 bonus requires RM1,000 in total qualifying bets before cashout is permitted.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus has an expiry window, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of activation, as stated in the specific offer. Bonuses and any associated winnings not released through completed wagering requirements before expiry will be automatically removed from the Player's account.

6.5 Bonus Abuse

abc1131 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, participating in coordinated play with other players, using low-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, and exploiting errors or inconsistencies in promotional terms.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on abc1131 are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or live-streamed from licensed studios. abc1131 does not manipulate game outcomes, and all published RTP figures reflect the independently verified theoretical return percentages of each title.

7.1 Betting Disputes

If a Player believes a game result is incorrect or that a technical error has occurred during a gaming session, the Player must contact abc1131 customer support within 7 days of the disputed event. Nothing in these Terms shall limit abc1131's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Account Termination

abc1131 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• The Player has engaged in or is suspected of fraud, collusion, money laundering, or bonus abuse
• The Player is found to be under the age of 21
• Continuation of the account poses a regulatory or compliance risk to abc1131
• The Player requests voluntary self-exclusion

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support. Any outstanding real-money balance at the time of legitimate closure will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC and standard withdrawal processing.

14. Amendments to These Terms
